John Dickinson McKinlay (born January 20, 1932) is an American rower who competed in the 1956 Summer Olympics.
He was born in Detroit and is the twin brother of Art McKinlay.
In 1956 he was a crew member of the American boat which won the silver medal in the coxless fours event.
